No Timetable Changes for Ferries
A Shields Ferry makes a seven minute trip across the river Tyne between North and South Shields ferry landings every 30 minutes in each direction.
The ferry also operates river cruises along the Tyne between May-September. There are many different trip types to choose from which vary between 1 and 3 hours. There's something for the whole family to enjoy! Private events can also be held on board the ferry for parties, fundraising, weddings ... or for any occasion.
