Buses leaving Newcastle after 10.30pm on Saturday, 15 June, will miss stops near St Nicholas Cathedral and Wellington Street, Gateshead, either side of the High Level Bridge, instead using Tyne Bridge. Passengers should use the previous stop in Grainger Street, Market Street or West Road, or Gateshead Interchange, instead.

All four slip roads at Chillingham Road/Coast Road Interchange will be closed between 9:30am and 3:30pm for three consecutive days starting Tuesday 28 May 20 to allow resurfacing works to be carried out.
During the closures, buses will be diverted via the Coast Road and the bus stops on the slip roads (09037 eastbound and 09048 westbound) will be suspended with passengers being directed to the next/previous stops.

Whitley Road will be closed from Park Avenue to Oxford Street in Whitley Bay town centre from 6am to 8pm on Saturday 25 May for a “Love Your Local Market Day” event. Routes 1, 17, 17A, 53, 57, 308, 309 and X6 will be diverted via York Road and there will be a temporary stop outside Maughan's.

Due to a political march taking place on the afternoon of Saturday 25 May in Newcastle City Centre, bus services are likely to be disrupted by road closures during the course of the march between 1:30pm to approx. 3:30pm. Please allow extra time for your journey and seek advice from your driver.

The southern part of East Baily, Killingworth from 8am to 4pm on Thursday 23 May and Friday 24 May will be closed from its junction with Citadel East to its junction with Simonside Way. Stagecoach routes 63 and X63, Arriva route X6, Nexus route K2 and scholars' service 652 will be following local diversions.

Nuns Moor Road will be closed between Wingrove Road and Brighton Grove from Monday 20 May for approximately three days to allow for resurfacing . Stagecoach routes 12 and 36 and Nexus route 84A will be diverted.
