How it works
You will need to have registered and be logged in to take part in Talk to us.
If you have a question about any aspect of public transport in Tyne and Wear then simply go to the live forum (ie 'Talk to us') and open a 'New Topic' window. Your question or comment will appear once it's been approved (this will generally be during office hours), and we'll do our best to answer it as soon as we can.
If an answer will take a little time to provide - for example if it is about an individual experience you have had - then it may take us longer to respond while we research the details, but all posts will be replied to in some way.
You can also join in on topics started by other posters and add to topics where we have already posted a response.
We reserve the right to refuse or edit any posts which are offensive or inappropriate to this open forum.
