Is there something you'd like to talk about?
We provide a discussion forum where you can chat openly online with other public transport users, local people and Nexus managers about the services we provide and co-ordinate.
This is a chance to make suggestions, ask questions and discuss issues around bus, Metro, ferry and other local transport services. The Nexus discussion forum is now part of the main Nexus website and you can find it at http://discussion.nexus.org.uk.
How it works
Anyone can read the posts on our forum, but you will need to have registered and be logged in to take part in discussions (sorry - registrations for the old forum are no longer valid). Once registered, either open a 'New Topic' window or reply to an existing topic.
Your post will appear once it's been approved (this will generally be during office hours), and if there's a question we'll do our best to answer as soon as we can, or refer you to someone who can help. We don't reply to every post because we're most interested to hear what other people have to say.
Sometimes an answer will take a little time to provide - for example if it is about an individual experience you have had. We reserve the right to refuse or edit any posts which are offensive or inappropriate to this open forum.
If you have an urgent comment or individual complaint to make to Nexus you can email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. For travel information go to the home page for journey planning tools, or call us on 0191 20 20 747.
