The future of any city-region depends on the best transport networks to allow its people to move around easily, to smooth the wheels of business and to let the streets breath.
In Tyne and Wear, the transport network is undergoing major changes and massive investment to enhance people’s lives, improve accessibility and open a gateway of economic opportunity in the North East. We went to Tyne and Wear to see the scale of the improvements.
