The £7 million project to refurbish Sunderland Station moves to a new phase from Monday 15 February, with the main entrance re-opening to passengers.
Network Travel tickets – the only ticket to provide unlimited travel on all public transport in Tyne and Wear – will have a new look, a new name and be even easier to use when changes to the tickets come into effect from April 11.
