A Gateshead teenager with designs on a career in the arts is on the track to success after her work selected as the region’s next public art installation.
Nexus, which owns, manages and is modernising Metro, has announced plans to carry out the replacement of a Metro footbridge in North Tyneside in a single weekend, to minimise disruption to people living nearby.
