Pop Shop needs some urgent maintenance
We’ve closed our Pop Shop online ticket pages for maintenance while we fix a problem.
Pop Shop is expected to be closed for a few days – so if you need to top up Pay As You Go credit or renew a MetroSaver season ticket please use a station ticket machine instead. You can save time on Monday morning by doing this over the weekend if you’re passing a station.
In the last few days some of our customers have been unable to collect products they have bought online from stations.
We don’t want this to happen to anyone else, so we’ve decided the best thing to do is close the site temporarily while our suppliers find out what the problem is.
If you have recently bought a product online at Pop Shop and been unable to collect it please call Nexus on 0191 20 20 747 between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Our customer service team will advise what to do next and make sure you are able to travel.
This is not a data security issue and there is no threat to customer data.
