From 13 February for about three weeks, the lift on platform 2 at Fellgate will be out of service to allow for upgrade work. Customers requiring step free access to travel from platform 2 are advised to contact staff using the Help Point located at street level. Customers requiring step free and wish to travel to Fellgate platform 2 from South Hylton, should continue travel to Pelaw, change platforms and return to Fellgate platform 1. Please note your journey will take longer.
