Bus and Metro - the easy way to St Peter’s Sixth Form Campus

If you’re starting lectures at Sunderland’s new St Peter’s Sixth Form College bus and Metro are the easy way to travel.

There are big discounts for sixth form students on the normal price of tickets and passes – the links on this site will tell you more.

And getting there couldn’t be easier.

All buses crossing the Monkwearmouth bridge drop you a short walk from the campus, in Dundas Street or opposite the Station Museum.

From Town End Farm, Hylton Red House and Hylton Castle catch buses 4, 13, 16 and 56 every few minutes.

From Southwick catch 3, 4, 13, 16 and 56 every few minutes

From Castletown catch buses 26 or 73 three times an hour.

From Fulwell Grange (Newcastle Road) take Metro to St Peter’s or buses 9, 9A and 35 every few minutes,

From Seaburn catch buses E1, E2 or E6 every few minutes.

From Fulwell catch buses 22, 23, 24 and E6 every few minutes

From Roker catch buses 18/19 or E1 five times an hour.

Other buses do exist – we’ve just given you the most frequent and direct.
