If you think you've lost something on one of the ferries or at the ferry landings please contact us immediately. All lost property is kept at South Shields ferry landing for one week. If it's unclaimed after this time, we'll send it on to our central lost property office in Newcastle for storage. It'll be held here for 28 days before either being disposed of or sold at a charity auction.
