Travelling from Newcastle Airport?

With a station located at the airport, travelling by Metro couldn’t be easier – just look out for the Metro signs.

... to Newcastle city centre

The journey takes about 25 minutes to reach Newcastle city centre.  There are trains every 12 minutes from approximately 5.44am (Sundays 6.27am) to 11.58pm.

A single ticket costs £2.70 from any ticket machine located at the station or you can buy a DaySaver, valid all day, all zones.

... to Sunderland city centre?

The journey takes around 55 minutes to reach Sunderland Metro station. There are trains every 12 minutes (evenings and Sundays every 15 minutes) from approximately 5.44am to 10.57pm.
