Nexus carries out research into public transport throughout Tyne and Wear. We are committed to providing an open and honest approach to our dealings with members of the public. Data Protection We have created a Data Protection Statement which outlines our efforts to keep research participants' personal information safe. Prize winners Some of our research projects include a prize-draw element. We will list winners' names every 12 months (winners are also contacted directly). Keeping you up-to-date We believe participation does not end when you answer the last survey question. That is why we will also aim to supply summaries of the research we carry out to keep you informed throughout the whole process, not just part of it. Tell Us Your Views The 'Tell Us Your Views' survey leaflets on Metro, bus and ferry are probably the most easily recognisable and are a vital source of information. These surveys always contain a £100 prize-draw incentive. If you are handed a leaflet please take the time to complete the survey - your views are very important to us and we need your opinions to target improvements.
