Go North East are introducing a new hourly Night Bus, service N58 which will run right into the early hours of Saturday and Sunday mornings. The hourly service will follow the daytime route: Hadrian Park – Battle Hill Drive – High Farm – Coast Road – Newcastle City Centre – Gateshead – Deckham – Felling Square – Leam Lane Estate – Heworth. Monument-Gateshead-Harlow Green-Birtley-Chester le Street nightly The N21 offers an extened hourly service on Saturday and Sunday mornings between Durham and Newcastle.
Departure times from Newcastle are the same as Monday to Friday but between 12.15am and 3.15am buses continue into Durham. The 4.15am bus from Newcastle will terminate at Chester le Street.
