People passing through the MetroCentre bus station between 4pm and 6pm on Wednesday, May 21 will have the opportunity to talk to top managers and decision-makers responsible for Go North East’s bus services. The ‘Meet the Managers’ session at MetroCentre is one of a series of opportunities being held around the region where passengers can talk directly to senior bus managers about their local bus services. Commercial Director with Go North East, Martin Harris said, “We want to give our passengers every opportunity to ask their questions and offer suggestions for improving bus services. We greatly value ideas and suggestions from our passengers and want to make it as easy as possible for them to share their thoughts with us.” The ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions have been running since February and will continue to be held every Wednesday in a different location across the region. They are the latest in a list of ways passengers can let their views be known, including regular live chat sessions via Go North East’s website.
