6. The Bridges
If the weather isn't quite warm enough for a coastal walk, a shopping trip can be the perfect alternative. The Bridges shopping centre in Sunderland has a great Mother's Day event. On 29 March 2025 from 10am to 3pm there is the 'Meet the Stylist' event where you can hear from industry professionals about all things beauty, hair and fashion.
