Draft Scheme

This is a draft of a legal document making a QCS for Tyne and Wear. This document will be required should the ITA progress to the ‘making’ of the QCS, the point at which the ITA formally determines the proposed QCS is to go ahead. It is a draft document as the QCS Proposal is now the subject of formal consultation and is likely to be revised if the ITA decides to continue with the QCS following consultation.
