ICT Infrastructure Apprentice

Nexus is looking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure Apprentice within the ICT department commencing September 2023. The candidate will work alongside the Automatic fare collection and technical services teams.
The successful candidate will learn both at work and at college how to safely work on a range of ICT equipment. This will include CCTV, Public address, Ticket machines, Validators, 
 If successful, you will be part of a team that will carry out preventative maintenance, fault breakdown repairs, equipment installation and software updates to the full range of ICT systems.
We are looking for a colleague who has a positive attitude towards learning, rules and procedures, a logical approach towards problem solving and who can remain calm under pressure.
A driving licence is required and in order to apply you must have or be predicted to have 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above which include English, Mathematics, and a Science.
