Unfortunately, due to a technical problem, we have been unable to issue Concessionary Travel passes for older and disabled people as quickly as usual.  As a result you may have to wait up to 21 days to receive your new or renewed card.  Normal production has now resumed and we are working to issue all passes as quickly as possible.  Thank you to all applicants for your patience so far.

If you think you have been waiting for your new pass for more than 21 days, please contact Nexus Customer Services on 0191 20 20 747.
