Nexus House accessibility
Nexus House and its Customer Relations section are located not far from the city centre on St James' Boulevard. It is accessible from a number of bus interchanges and stops and Newcastle Central Station is nearby, as is St James Metro station. Click on the map above.
On-site parking is not provided at Nexus House. The nearest public car park is Blandford Square with 63 spaces and accessible bays. The reception area at Nexus House has step free access with an automatic door making it wheelchair-friendly. It is also equipped with a low counter. Seating is also provided. The building has four levels and two lifts are situated alongside the stairs for easy access. Standard toilet facilities are available on all levels with an accessible toilet on level 2.
