***Important information about requests for refunds during the coronavirus pandemic***
We’re receiving a lot of requests for refunds on Corporate Metro Season Tickets as people are responding to the government advice to work from home where possible and to only travel if essential.
Nexus is of course also affected by the effects of the pandemic, with staff working from home, without access to all systems. This means that we’re currently unable to provide refunds in the way we normally do (including being unable to process or issue cheques).
We’ve now established how to deal with these requests, and have informed corporate scheme representative of the options available to them. So please contact your rep to find out what to do next.
It is of course the responsibility of each organisation to manage the payments between themselves and their corporate scheme members.
