Brick Metro Big Build - ticket terms and conditions

#BrickMetro Big Build

  1. Master Builders must be aged 5 to 11 and must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times. All adults and children must have a valid ticket to take part.
  2. Tickets are limited to a maximum of four per person – i.e. one adult and up to three children, or two adults and two children. Spaces are limited, so attendees may only book tickets for one of the one hour sessions. Multiple bookings for additional sessions will result in tickets being void.
  3. Master Builders must show a valid ticket for their chosen date/time in order to take part in the Big Build.
  4. Those breaking the rules and regulations governing the ticket application process may have their tickets cancelled.
  5. Tyne and Wear Metro cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem that may result in any ticket application being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
  6. Applicants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules and regulations to be eligible for tickets. No responsibility is accepted for applications made fraudulently.
  7. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  8. Tyne and Wear Metro reserves the right to cancel this event and ticket process or to alter or amend it at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. Should the event be cancelled Tyne and Wear Metro is not liable for any loss of money or expenses incurred, including cost of travel to the venue.
  9. Persons attending the event are responsible for their own valuables. Tyne and Wear Metro will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue(s).
  10. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or offered for sale; and may not be used as a prize or for any other promotional or trade purpose by any organisation other than Tyne and Wear Metro. Tickets may be cancelled if offered for sale or as prizes.
  11. Tyne and Wear Metro reserves the right to refuse anyone entry to the event at their discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of Tyne and Wear Metro may be asked to leave. In addition anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms, or behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner in breach of these conditions will be asked to leave and may be reported to the police.
  12. Tyne and Wear Metro’s #BrickMetro Big Build will be covered by the local media for print, radio and TV and there will be official photography at the event. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or other use of any film, video, photography and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media.
  13. In accordance with restrictions at the venue, no animals will be permitted, other than guide dogs for blind and/or deaf attendees.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
