  • Lost property is kept for 3 months (unless it is perishable)
  • Items can be collected by prior arrangement at South Gosforth
  • On collection please quote your personal reference number
  • We charge a small collection fee from £2.50 to cover administration costs. The fee will be confirmed when you are given your reference number

If you lose you annual MetroSaver ticket you can apply for another as part of our replacement scheme. Just complete the replacement form available from any Nexus TravelShop and return it with a cheque for £15 payable to Nexus and we'll send you a new card.  You'll find the address on the form.
