- Underground station situated within Kings Manor Business Park.
- Access to the single entrance is via steps or a ramped path with a good surface and a shallow gradient down towards the station from New Bridge Street, or via the access road into the business park off Argyle Street. The access road is steep in places with a narrow footway.
- There is a public car park operated by the City of Newcastle with 53 unclassified parking bays and 2 designated accessible spaces on Argyle Street approximately 100 metres (110 yards) from the station.
