We are working hard to make sure people whose concessionary travel cards expire from 31 March to 31 May get a replacement as soon as possible.
We have sent out more than 110,000 cards with more than 95% of people receiving them.
Here's what to do if you have not received a replacement card:
IF you have already spoken to Nexus be patient - your card has either been sent out or will be over the weekend. Please do not phone us as lines are very busy.
IF you have not spoken to us so far and your card expires on 31 March, and you are yet to receive a replacement please phone Nexus on 0191 2020747 on Tuesday so we can identify the problem and get you a new card.
IF you have not spoken to us and your card expires on 31 April or later please wait until after 16 April to contact us when you will find it easier to get through.
