Pop Shop has changed!
We’ve launched a new website where you can buy Metro season tickets, order and top up a Pop Pay As You Go or Pop blue card, and manage your smartcard account.
When you first use the new website, simply log in with the email address and password you used in Pop Shop, and you’ll then be asked to change your password. Once you’ve done that, you can continue as normal.
Pop Shop account holders with more than one smartcard registered to their account
Each smartcard has its own account in the new website. So if you had more than one smartcard registered to your Pop Shop account, please call our Customer Services team on 0191 20 20 747 (8am-6pm, Monday to Friday) once the new website is live, and they'll set up your first account for you. It would be handy to have additional email addresses ready to set up accounts for your other smartcards when you call.
