Gender Pay Gap

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, requires any organisation with 250 or more employees to publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap.

The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between the average earnings of men and women across an organisation, not the difference in pay between men and women for doing the same job.

Nexus is committed to the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment for all employees, and working towards the reduction and eventual removal of the gender pay gap.
