On a daily basis, Mimi's aims to have between 26 and 28 different flavours on offer, along with 14 different topping and sauce combinations and there are always at least 7 different vegan options available. Customers can also choose to have a sugar cone or tub, along with a Mimi's branded wafer. The factory theme has staff wearing lab-coats and these flavour experts are on hand to help customers with any of their ice-cream or sorbet combinations.
