8 things to discover in Sheepfolds Stables

Disused stables in the shadow of Sunderland’s old Wearmouth Colliery have been brilliantly restored as a vibrant centre for leisure and entertainment. It couldn’t be nearer to our Metro system, with the nearest station being St Peters only two minutes’ walk.
Here's eight features of the new development that you won’t want to miss:

This unique setting is perfect for a catch-up with friends over a drink or two, with a dedicated space to listen to nightly live music. Live sport will be shown on screens throughout the year too, and in the winter, it’s got heaters to keep you toasty warm.
It’s also dog friendly until 8pm every night, although you should check within individual venues should you wish to book them separately.
