Tyne and Wear Metro is encouraging families to get out and about during the Easter holidays, and is offering a range of special offers to explore the wealth of attractions across the region.
A host of popular North East attractions have teamed up with Metro to offer customers exclusive deals during the week, with everything from two-for-one entry at special Easter events, to ice skating, climbing, and meals out for all the family.
Metro has published a handy map highlighting the vast range of options available within a few stops on the Metro to keep children entertained in the school holidays, which take place from Monday April 10 to Friday April 21.
To make the most of these fantastic savings and offers, all Metro customers have to do is mention the Tyne and Wear Metro discount when booking and show a valid Metro ticket or Pop card, valid for travel on the same day, when you arrive at each of the locations.
