Telephone Station Accessibility Access to station
- The station is situated on a bridge and embankment above Wansbeck Road, with separate entrances to each platform
- Access to Platform 1 is by stairs and ramp on the west side of Wansbeck Road, and by stairs and footbridge from Budle Close on the east side of Wansbeck Road
- Access to Platform 2 is by ramp and stairs on the east side of Wansbeck Road
- There are no parking facilities

Access between platforms
- Via Wansbeck Road. Pedestrians may use the footbridge and stairs on Budle Close but wheelchair users should note that road level crossings are some distance to the north and south of the station.
